Oslo Innovation Week 2024: fostering international cooperation in the life sciences

On 26 September, during the Oslo Innovation Week, the Embassy of Lithuania in Norway, together with the Lithuanian Professionals in Oslo (LPO), the Innovation Agency Lithuania and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Vilnius, organised a discussion on " Big data & AI in Life Sciences: International Collaboration Practice ". The event brought together Lithuanian and Norwegian life science experts, research institutes, healthcare institutions, startups, and government bodies to discuss how to use data and artificial intelligence in healthcare.

During the event, Ambassador Jonas Mažeika stressed the importance of cooperation in developing future innovations and advanced technologies.

The event provided an excellent platform to promote joint research and other initiatives to strengthen Nordic-Baltic cooperation within the life sciences.
