The list of affected countries has been updated following the ‘traffic light’ principle
As of Monday, October 26th, a new list of affected countries compiled following the ‘traffic light’ principle has come to effect.
Norway has been placed in the yellow area. This means that Lithuanian citizens or foreigners returning or arriving from these countries will not be subject to such preventive measures as isolation or testing for coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Those travelling to Lithuania from the red and grey areas will be subject to the previous requirements such as isolation or testing for coronavirus (COVID-19).
If travelling happened by regular, special and charter flights of all modes of transport organised and operated by carriers,, it is mandatory to register on the website of the National Public Health Centre under the Ministry of Health: https://keleiviams.nvsc.lt/lt/form and present the confirmation of the completed electronic form (QR code) to the carrier before boarding the vehicle, and in other cases - you are required to register with the National Public Health Centre within 12 hours of returning / arriving in the Republic of Lithuania.
